The project started with conducting insight work, which included workshops with all departments in the Olav Thon Group, market analysis and user group and needs analysis. This insight was then used to design a common website for all of the Olav Thon Group's business areas. The work involved regular presentations and workshops with the customer to ensure agreement and feedback from all relevant departments throughout the organization. A visual framework and a customized design system were developed for Thon.no, OLT.no, and for the subsidiaries of the Olav Thon Group.
